MedicRelief Updates Privacy Policy and Extends GDPR Rights to All Users

JUNE 11, 2018 — The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA) certain rights when they use services that process personal data. In order to allow EEA users to exercise these rights, MedicRelief made changes so they can now better control their data on the app.

In addition to this, MedicRelief decided on June 11th 2018 to extend the rights given to EEA users set out in the GDPR so all users will have equal rights throughout the app regardless of their citizenship.

Our Privacy Policy has since been updated to apply and extend these rights and choices for all users to manage their personal data across the app. Our GDPR rights page sets out these rights with along with the Privacy Policy updated to respect these regulations.

To find out more about the GDPR rights as well as the additional rights MedicRelief users enjoy just by being MedicRelief users, you can read and find out more via the Privacy Policy and GDPR rights page.
